When we started the search for repertoire that corresponded to the era of Caracas of the early twentieth century, the grandmother of the Rousset brothers, co-founders of the group, sang us a song that she sang when she was young and her mother did not like it because it did not speak very well about priests. It is a humorous merengue that does not leave a very good image of these gentlemen...

This was the second song of the "A" side of the LP.

Cuando empezamos la búsqueda de repertorio que correspondiera a la épocade Caracas de principios del siglo XX, la abuela de los hermanos Rousset, cofundadores del grupo, nos cantó una canción que ella cantaba cuando era joven y a su mamá no le gustaba porque dejaba una mala imagen de los curas. Se trata de un merengue humorístico que no deja muy buena imagen de estos señores...

Esta era la segunda canción del lado "A" de este "Long Play" (Que así se llamaban los discos grandes de acetato, para quien no lo sepa).
