One Step was inspired by a loved one of mine who suffered from depression and attempted to act on her suicidal thoughts. In grace I intervened and was able to rush her to the hospital. I'm please to say that she is healthy and in a very progressive state!! We must tend to our mental health as it actively affects our physical reality. All that's needed is persistence and a undeniable faith in self. Stay in Love good people!
