I love you're telling us how to find the balance between extremes! There is a saying: Even the cat doesn't love too salty. Meaning that if it is extreme it is not that good, it's extreme!

I'm not saying we shouldn't visit and learn from 'the extremes', but maintaining a balanced life and balanced relationships is one of the keys to good healthy life! At least, I'm trying to do that.
