Hiding Verses Podcast: Writing for Release and Recovery

Writing is the number one tool in my self-care kit. In this podcast, I break down the process I use when I write as well as when I teach writing for release and recovery. This includes acceptance and reframing, two key steps to increasing joy in your life, especially when you've experienced trauma.

Wow, I honestly had no clue that this kind of writing exisited! I have many thoughts and feelings, and I often feel like writing them out, but my grammar and spelling is horrible! I feel like it stops me from expressive writting (or at least sharing my writting).
