Yep! It is a nasty substance!! It only really exsists because its a waste product that costs to get rid of. What better way than marketing it as 'better than sugar' due to its sweet taste, and selling it!!
People are literaly consuming something that is coming from our shit!! ... genetically modified or not, its horrible!!!
Ive experienced the same thing. People are just too 'busy' to comprehend it.
Personaly, Im a big fan of water!!! (but read the label if its bottled!!) haha
Well , yeah , then you have the fluor , chlorine etc... they ADD in it !
Aspartame is a long term discussion since it is also almost everywhere and so is Gluten , caséine ...
Anyway you cant find something clean in a super market or market , not irradiated or poisoned in any ways , unless you grow all yourself .
The worst are the pregnant women who want to keep a nice shape and take sugar free products .
Aspartame is also in all pills .
