Hi Guys,

In this podcast I discuss the dynamics around Problem-Solution-Fit. A term coined by Ash Maurya in his book, Running Lean.

The basic premise here is “Before investing months or years of effort towards building a product, the first step is determining if this product is something worth doing.” – Ash Maurya, Running Lean

The way to do that is to get out there and talk to your potential customers and stakeholders. Firstly, to understand who your real customers and stakeholders are and secondly, that your solution to their problem fits their expectations.
