Hey all! Behold my entry for the Beat Battle League S2:R11 I Positive & Uplifting.
This is a track which I am -theoretically- still working on. It's been sitting in my 'vault' for quite a while now though, so I thought I might as well use it for this round of the BBL! 'The Bucket' is loosely based on the Kings of Leon track with the same name. It is meant to be full of chill positive melodies, so I hope it stirs up the good vibes in everyone!

I listened to most of the song before I read your description of it and I definitely see the Kings Of Leon inspiration. I say this because as I was listening to it I was thinking to myself this would sound great as the electronic part of a rock song! haha
Haha well thanks, interesting to see it from that perspective! It's mainly based on the melodies of that particular Kings of Leon song, so you're definitely right ;p
Ayyy yessssss this put the biggest smile on my face when listening to it.
Love that tempo shift around 0:48. And those turntable scratches so dope. And love that sound you bring in around 1:34 what a vibe they create. Same with that sound you bring in around 1:54.
And that tempo shift around 2:38 gives off such a relaxed vibe.
