Ill See You In My Dreams (Electric Mandolin)

in #dsound6 years ago

Greetings friends stemians, today between chords and disagreements I bring you my version of the theme "Ill See You In My Dreams", of the great musician and composer Jean Baptiste "Django" Reinhardt, better known as "Django" Reinhardt", was born at the beginning of the 20th century into a gypsy family. This is dedicated to the world of the show. His mother was a dancer and singer, his father played the guitar and the violin. At a very early age showed a great talent with the stringed musical instruments. He possessed an innate gift that allowed him to memorize the parts that listened and then was able to interpret them with his old banjo. One of the most momentous of his life came at the age of 18 years. The house where he lived, suffered a violent fire, Django suffered serious burns. In the hand and left leg. Burns that were on the verge of losing a leg. Flatly refused to be amputated, as suggested by the doctor who attended him. This was a turning point for Django Reinhardt. A moment in your life where you had to invent, and he did. Due to the burns sustained in the fire, two of the fingers of his left hand, the pinky and the ring permanenteme, were detained, at the time of his convalescence was devoted to learn a new technique for playing the guitar, guitar who brought her brother to the hospital. With this technique returns to demonstrate to the world the greatness of his musical genius. After the fire all are convinced that Django had already played its last notes. Fortunately they were wrong. In 1931 he was back in the professional circuit. So Django began to play jazz and to develop a style of improvisation that would influence on generations of guitarists. He possessed a skill like no other, a perfect sense of the rhythmic structure and a magical gift for the melodic improvisation in the composition. With the jazz could show all this in a way that it would be impossible to play in other musical styles.

"The jazz attracted me because it offers a new way perfect and an instrumental precision that I admire."

Good friends, i hope you like it, Greetings and a hug. José Vallera
