I wish you good luck! but I reckon if you know your onions, it should be a breeze.
Playing with a looper is brilliant and I highly recommend it for use every time you practice.
It will develop your sense of musical instinct and awareness and will keep you company if you have no friends.

A looper is indeed brilliant. Use it for songwriting as well, great to practice, alter and perfect your riffs and to build a track, layer by layer. Guessed a few, have to think about a few others :-)
