The positive though is 100x stronger than a negative thought. If its that stronger then you know its not easy. Being thankful is one of the easiest ways to remain positive. Its easy to be thankful, depending on what or who you are comparing to. There's always someone doing worse so be thankful where you are, to help get where you are trying to go.
