Breaking out the vibes on a Sunday. This beat is real mellow, laid back and makes you think. Its got this crazy swing to it, as if the claps are coming in a little early. I wanted the beat to really swing so i used alot of groove mechanics with this track and positioning the claps to hit right. The sample is real mellow and has a sweet breakdown that i wanted to show off. I added some strings to heighten the drama and give the beat a build. The beat has a total direction for sure. I can hear Talib Kweli or some conscious lyrics on here all day. This is a great morning vibe type beat too. Absolutely no quantize necessary when i do beats like this. Hope you rocking with it!
