So if you're someone who needs a job, there's a high chance you're writing a resume. A resume filled with accomplishments, filled with 'Milestones' you reached.

This is where it gets really interesting to me. Why do companies focus so heavily on these benchmarks? Why not have a secondary piece of paper called the 'Failure Resume.' I really think companies should invest more in these 'accomplishments.'
