The Warning / Przestroga
ENG: "The Warning". The first song from my CD entitled "The Warm Breath". It's a remix of Polish folk song: "Tell me mother, who will you give your daughter. Don’t let her marry just anybody, there would be a regret for her beauty." There are also words spoken by Zbigniew Herbert: "Beware of dryness of heart."
PL: "Przestroga". Pierwszy utwór z płyty "Ciepły oddech". W nagraniu wykorzystano fragment ludowej pieśni kurpiowskiej: "Pozic mamo raz komu córkę das, nie daj ze jyj za lada jekiygo, jyj łurody zal" (wyk. Apolonia Nowak). Pojawia się również głos Zbigniewa Herberta, a konkretnie fragment "Przesłania Pana Cogito": "Strzeż się oschłości serca".
