This week, we are exploring seven areas that all contribute to the creation and maintenance of vibrant health in your life. Some of these areas are either taken for granted, assumed to be unchangeable or just never looked at.
Today, we are exploring an often overlooked area in our society. However, this is incredibly important to explore.
Emotional health.
Almost poo-pooed in modern life, the emotions are the bridge between the physical, energetic and mental aspects of our being.
Physically, they create hormonal and chemical changes and are really felt.
Energetically, they give us a sense of where we need to pay attention - like a guidance system from the soul.
Mentally, they impact on our thoughts feelings and beliefs.
So, balancing the emotions is incredibly important and we explore some ways you can do that tonight.

Nice post, Sam - I think emotions are more than the bridge. So often they are causal to our physical states. And they reflect the thoughts we choose to allow. Important stuff.
