La canción que les interpreto hoy es un tanto argentino de Carlos Gardel. Fue presentado a la luz pública en el año 1935. Se dice que Gardel era muy aficionado al hipismo al igual que muchos argentinos y esta canción hace referencia a las carreras de caballos al igual que a las bellas mujeres.
Está escrito en compás de 4/4, tonalidad de Gm - G para finalizar en un acorde menor.
