I think there are minor differences as you point out, but essentially that all salt is addictive and works the same way and optimally speaking I think our body and mind works the best without it.

I linked you into my latest post because rasta diet one of the guidelines is they don't eat salt.... because its an additive.... u might be interested to check it out

yes i agree but also i found and some other ppl i know that cravings for salty and sugary foods reduce when using Himalaya salt (i guess a good transitioner for ppl wanting to reduce salt)

Interesting, there is also less sodium in Himalayan salt, so you need to use more of it to than regular salt for the same salty flavor.

i guess that depends on ppl preference. i ate a dish my aunt made when visiting fam, and it had regular salt which i despise. but it was way too salty and that the normal seasoning for the dish! so i guess when u start using himalaya maybe at first ppl need alot but as cravings go down u can reduce. but as it has many minerals and trace elements its not harmful like regular salt the harmful bit is the addiction. when i eat without Himalaya its definitely not as tasty the food and that is purely psychological but because of who i am i need flavor, i think i do need healthy salt. i got dangerously thin when i lost interest in food and very weak. i need nice flavor to keep me interested otherwise i just stop eating all together but im very disciplined about not over indulging practice moderation is a skill.
