S K Y R I V I E R A (Steemit Music League Challenge S2:R7 ENTRY)
GOOOOD MORNING STEEMIANS!! So stoked to be entering my second Steemit Music League Challenge!! Huge shoutout to @chiefmappster, @prc, and @dsound for all the incredible opportunities and initiatives they have sponsored. Shoutout to @beatseb, @seveaux and @derekmiller for judging alongside @chiefmappster as well! It's so inspiring to be here in our own little music community with people who care independent music and paving the path for us as we move forward in this blockchain world!
For the topic of Good Morning Music, I selected a track I call SkyRiviera. It spoke to me immediately as soon as I read the theme, as there are certain things that really aid the easing of waking up, and then other things that end up being the most obnoxious way to wake up ever. Obviously some sweet neo soul chords on the rhodes, accompanied by some softer electronic pads and some sultry trumpets as well. It's the perfect thing to not only serenade you in bed, but give you the energy and inspire you to rise and seize the day!! It's almost a reminder that life is beautiful and full of experiences waiting to be had!!! This track came from a dope sample library of a real Macedonian orchestra arranging a composition put together by a good friend of mine. It was not cheap to do so, let me be the first to tell you. But the samples we got back.... oh wow. im still in amazement! That being said, we have strings to chop up for days! This was one of the first things to come out of that!!
After working through the verse parts with the string stabs, I could hear a rhodes part begging to be shaped into a b section. Slowly but surely, she came together. I am def stoked on the progress made.
All beats made in Ableton with all sorts of instruments and magical plugins.

Trumpet is midi or real ?
Wow wow what a serene and soul-resonating entry.
Those strings o myyyy and that trumpet starting at 0:45 man does that hit the soul.
Such a classy vibe to this its absolutely incredible how you created this.
This is the first entry that gave me goosebumps listening to it if that tells you anything.
You got some serious skills creating vibes because this vibe is so thick you can feel it. This clears away that negativity and gets you ready for the day's challenges.
Appreciate you sharing the back story behind the creation and appreciate the acknowledgment means a lot.
