Drone Alert Creative Commons

I am re-releasing this as a creative commons. Another steemian has requested to use it as a sample. I thought it would be great to see who else could use this. The animated gif is covered by the creative commons license also.

Note that you can manipulate the sound to generate a different visual effect. This was made using OsciStudio
You can use this oscilloscope software to visualize it.

I have a library of other sound images that I can publish if there is an interest.
