Drug Wars – Units, defense and price

Okay I have to admit, I’m not the super aggressive raiding player. I like to mind my own business and defend more than attacking.

The object of defense is preservation; and since it is easier to hold ground than to take it, defense is easier than attack. "But defense has a passive purpose: preservation; and attack a positive one: conquest. . . . If defense is the stronger form of war, yet has a negative object, if follows that it should be used only so long as weakness compels, and be abandoned as soon as we are strong enough to pursue a positive object."

So looking at the units and the costs, it seems that Big Mama is providing the best defense per resource spent.
Right after that, the Rowdy. 2 Defense point for just 600 weapons. Also, weapons are kinda cheap, to upgrade drug producing building it takes always more alcohol than weapons, while upgrading alcohol and weapon producing buildings have equally costs.
For me right now, I’m sitting on more weapons than anything else.

Also I hope that the battle system need to go through all those Rowdys first, protecting the Big Mamas so they can deal their damage with the rolling pin. (That thing has to hurt with 110 defense, though.)

But the best thing is just to avoid any fights at all.

No fighting, no looses, everyone wins. Right?
