I think this pretty much just went up, so you are one of the first people to talk about it. I think this is another case of "they'll put up a post about it after they make the actual change", like they do with most of their updates it seems...
This is like when you see an accident happening...and at first you're "rubbernecking"...and then you see a guy running on fire...and you're just like...they need help...
