Nootropics are Better than Adderall for Focus

Is Adderall better than Nootropics? I would argue that Adderall is NOT a Smart Drug and cannot be considered a nootropic. Is it involved with cognitive enhancement for healthy people as part of a biohacking routine, or, does it just give the user an experience as such?
