This type of fluoride is so toxic big ag uses it as a pesticide. Not only is fluoride in our drinking water, toothpaste, dental plan, bottled water, baby formulas,, it's also sprayed on our produce.

A simple way to fight back is eat high idodine and selenium containing foods. I love Brazil nuts, one of the natures highest sources of selenium. The thyroid won't take up fluoride or bromide, which chemical structure is closely related to iodine, if the thyroid is full of iodine. Selenium is a help-mate of iodine, both help the endocrine and other body systems function.

What a wonderful healthy start in life you had and the education you received by living that type of lifestyle is priceless.
I put iodine in my backyard chickens water and my dogs water! If we did not give mineral blocks to our farm animals they would suffer from freezing temperatures, I remembered this and always supplement with minerals. Not every mineral supplement is absorbable though, many are cheap substitutes .
I didn't know that iodine supplementation helped counter-act fluoride uptake. I bought lots of iodine after Fukushima to counteract the radioactive iodine exposure. Thanks!
Infowarsstore.com or globalhealingcenter.com have a great iodine supplement I've been using. It De-calcifies your pineal gland.
As well as a selenium supplement from organic mustard seed.

You are welcome @candian-coconut, it makes sense if you think about why you are taking iodine after a nuclear event. That's how I figured this out...
