Dealing with emotions is scary.
To deal with this pain and sadness is frightening.
I want to run away from it.
And of all the things that frighten me.
But I can not.

I think this sums up my life at this point. It's really a scary place to be. I feel, sometimes, that I might not make it through but at the same time I am trying to keep hope alive.
