The Human Condition and Connections

I wrote this post as part of the Drop n the ocean initiative of the BuddyUp! Community.

Connection is a topic that has been making it into the news lately, there's currently a heated debate going on about what price are you willing to pay to be easily connected to your friends and family across the globe, how much are you willing to give away for the ease of connection with your fellow humans?

We humans are a dependant species, we depend on each other abilities, skills, etc... and from the day we are born, another dependance is created, connection, we seek the affection of our parents, then when we go to school we seek to make friends, to connect, then when we are adults we don't only want friends, we want a network of connections with people that we can use and take advantage off to make our lives slightly easier right?

The question comes then in what are you willing to give up to get even more connected with people? Are you willing to be a product for someone's company just to be connected? I know you are not, because you are reading this right now on the Steem blockchain!

Connection is one of the main things that truly makes you human, on this day and age, if you are not connected in any sort of way, you may as well not exist at all. That's the main reason I believe connection is one of the main pillars of the human condition.

I hope you guys enjoyed the read, what do you guys have a similar opinion or a different one? can we truly live our lives without stablishing connections with other human beings? do we have a final solution for connections in the blockchain?

After scrambling my thoughts to write this, I came out with more questions than answers.... I guess thats just the way life is isn't it? You believe you understand something until it's time to put it on paper then you realize how ignorant you are about it... I guess there's wisdom in accepting that and striving to improve.
