This should be used specifically for the 100+ idiots in Los Angeles who called 911 when facebook was down for over 2 hours last year.... (yes, that really happened!).. But the drones should be armed with airsoft pellet guns to shoot those people right in the foreheads before dropping a piece of paper explaining how 911 cannot assist with dead facebook servers.
