Microsoft Lifecam hd-3000 not working on windows 10

After last Windows 10 update (beginning 2018), my Microsoft Lifecam hd-3000 stopped working as usual.

Microphone still ok, but I had no video any more...so I started to search for a solution on the Internet.

I spent hours applying all kind of solutions, no success. Drivers (Lifecam 3.6) were suitable for Windows 7 and previous versions.

Then, I found a driver (on a French drivers site) and......Hallelujah !

They provided Lifecam 4.20 drivers, a version a didn't find on any english speaking site.
