Fruit Infused water recipes
Do you drink fruit infused water? It is better for you than sodas. There are various recipes that you can try such as
- Strawberry, Lemon, Basil.
- Orange, Blueberry
- water melon, coconut water
- I made mine at home and used strawberries, blueberries and raspberries.
The magic happens when you let it sit in the fridge for over 4 hours. The fruit’s goodness gets a chance to really infused into the water and it becomes so rich and flavorful.
The only disadvantage is you miss out on the fiber, but I think it’s ok if you want this kind of drink it’s fine. Do you make such drinks at home? What’s your reci

I usually dont infuse my fruits in water nor extract the juice from it, I basically just take them raw like that.
I do that sometimes.
Delicious drinks friend, I will make for myself and my little daughter with tropical fruits of the pineapple, watermelon or mango. As you say it is better than sodas.🍹👍
