Zobo drink

Zobo (Zoborodo) is a Nigerian beverage made from dried Roselle plant flowers. The drink is also known as Roselle drink and called Sorrel drink in the Carribean.

Zobo is so popular in Nigeria that it's available on almost every house and street.

So I finally made mine today using these;

Ingredients
Zobo leave
Ginger
Sugar
Sweetener (pineapple flavour)

Preparation
Boil the leave together with ginger (already peeled and mashed) in a pot for 20 minutes.
Add sugar and sweetener
Add more water

And voila!....here comes my zobo.......
