Workplace Safety , Grapes & Wine. Cheers to y'all! :)

Actually you can see me complaining very often, the egos of the employers, the irresponsibility of the employees etc. But still i can't get away from this job because sometimes we can have beautiful moments despite all those stress. For instance today, for the first time of my life, i have been in a Wine Production Company and this was one of those beautiful moments. The owner of the company was a very humble man and his politeness, his stories about what they do with those giand barrels and most importantly letting me to taka some photos was the most unforgettable moments of the day.

Aslında beni çoğu zaman şikayet ederken görürsünüz. İşverenlerin egoları, çalışanların sorumsuzlukları vesaire. Fakat yine de bu işten bir türlü vazgeçemiyorum. Çünkü onca stresin yanında bazen öyle keyifli anlar yaşıyoruz ki… Mesela bugün ilk kez gittiğim Şarap Üretim Fabrikasında bu keyfi çokça yaşadım. İşletme sahibinin bizi müthiş bir samimiyetle karşılaması, yaptıkları işten bahsetmesi ve fotoğraf çekmeme izin vermesi; yorucu günün en unutulmaz anlarıydı.

First of all i have noticed the grape seperating machine in the enterance.

İlk olarak işletmenin giriş kısmındaki üzüm ayırma makinası gözüme çarptı.

You put the grapes in the store and then the machine starts to seperate the grapes from the bunch and send them to fermentation boilers.

Üzümler hazneye dolduruluyor, taneler saplarından ayrılarak fermantasyon kazanlarına gönderiliyor.

After the seperation process they said they make the grapes wait about 10 days and then infiltration phase for 10 to 15 days is begin.

Burada 10 gün kadar bekletilen üzümler süzme aşamasına geçiyor. 10 15 günlük süzme aşamasından sonra şarabın hazır hale geldiği söylendi.

And now, its time to taste this masterpiece, a breathtaking wine from ''Çal Karası'' grapes.
And Bon Apetit for me : )

Ve şimdi de tadına bakma vakti. Çal Karası üzümünden elde edilen enfes şarap!
