Nissan Cefiro A31 Retune, Dyno
I can't stand the fuel smell when driving, it was too rich...
The Air fuel ratio was 10++ during wide open throttle, after that you can smell fuel rushing to your face.
After awhile you'll start to get dizzy and body temperature increases. Well this is bad and it's hazardous to your health.
So I went for a retune...
By one of the famous tuner for RB engines (skylines, cefiro, bla bla bla)
Doc Sam... but he's retired for now...
Among all the other tuners, he charged me with the best price and with the best effort (Street tuning)
We ran alot of runs on highways, roads, stand-still rev and more.
He has all the tools required for this, exhaust sensor, laptop, obd2 plugs and so on...
Once it's ready, the fuel smell reduced drastically. So I went for a dyno test a week after...
Amazingly it's now 11.8. Turbo cars are best to have a range of 11 and to 12.5 to cool the cylinder of the engine. For NA cars, definitely 14.7 is the best....
Horsepower went up, torque came early. Happy and satisfied... (Y)
