CBD has really been picking up in popularity. I've tried a lot of CBD's, the ones I find most useful are the creams and balms and if you're in a legal state I'd highly recommend getting something 1:1 THC/CBD Ratio as its more effective than plain hemp CBD. The best CBD I've tried to date as far as tinctures go has been Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals CBD Tincture the stuff smells and tastes gross but its strong and effective.
