Living Your Dream
Many speak of living 'THE' dream. Are you living 'YOUR' dream?
Actually I am living my dream... kinda... I guess...
As a younger man I would have not been able to conceive of Steemit. I did not know it would be here. Many things have changed. Many things are still changing.
My point is... I cannot predict how life will curve for us Steemians. Therefore I really do not have any dreams for tomorrow. However when looking back in time, today is relatively great. This might have been my dream.
Today I have an abundance of opportunity. Today I can contribute to the best of my ability.
Sure... circumstances could be better. I might have retained my youthful vigor. But alas, we are all getting older. Life will never be as it once was.
Note: this is where I could ramble about seizing the day.
The point is today's circumstances are what I have to work with. How would I have wanted to react to what I have become? What kind of person did I hope to be?
This question is why I believe I am living my dream. I could not have predicted my circumstances. I however can dream of my acquired qualities.
Here is today's beauty.
I have had many dreams so I must be living one of them. I am enjoying my life and can not ask for more.
