Hello. I don't have a technique. I don't know why, but ever since I was a child, I was able to remember my dreams. Even after days have passed. Maybe you can write them down as soon as you remember any part of your dream? Thank you for your comment :-)
I will try that. There are times where I really want to remember my dream but I can't. Maybe it takes practice. Thanks for the tip :)
