Stoked to see you on the weedcash network. The crazy dreams we have when we quit smoking. 😂. Someone I was talking to on smoke.io mentioned a study that concluded THC shortened the period of sleep where we dream so our dreams generally aren’t long enough for us to remember. When I quit at the beginning of the year I had crazy nightmares for a couple months. Then it chilled out. At least your vivid dreams are kinda fun.
Ya, Ive heard cannabis affects REM sleep before. Seems like I hardly ever remember my dreams when I smoke, but I also get on a great & consistent sleeping schedule on weed so shortened rem might make the most sense. These crazy dreams have been mostly fun. I had one super weird sexual dream that was too weird to share with anyone, was the closest thing to a nightmare so far but wasn’t scary at the time, but when I woke up it was scary 😂
