Drawing Challenge#8: "The sky is no limit!''

Dear fellow Steemians,

For the first time I throw one of my drawings in a drawing contest, right here on steemit. Just for the fun of participation.
Theme for this challenge is 'Clouds.' Without further restrictions in rules, medium and format is your own choice.

So, yesterday I've made a drawing in my sketchbook, called: 'the sky is no limit!' And is also the first drawing for my new serie, 'YUMMY DUMMY: sketchbook as a diary 2017- '18.'
The idea behind these drawings is to show an idea or feeling with quick sketches, very directly and concretely. As testimonies of a particular situation or event in my life. As the title itself indicates, a diary so...

The theme is interesting to me because clouds have an expressive character. Any human emotion can be translated with some formation or cloud field. From very serene to a spectacle. Plus, the clouds feature an immense range that works as a mirror for my inner state of mind.
And not to forget ... looking at clouds and distilling figures from shapes and shadows. That's pure inspiration!

But now, back to the drawing, because I want to take you into an overview of my proces, step bij step.
