Drawing Challenge#8 : Memories

I decided to join the #drawingchallenge by @helene and here comes my first ever entry for the same. My overall result comes here:

I would like to apologize beforehand for the low quality images. Also, for the reflections off the pencil shade. It's because I was drawing at night and most of the pictures I clicked were taken at that time itself, so the light from the lamps was awfully reflected 😅

Anyways, here's the step by step process:

Materials used:
*2H, 4B and 8B drawing pencils
*Charcoal pencil
*Cotton swabs
*Stuff like Eraser, sharpener

Steps:

1. Roughly drew the outlines
   
2. Filled the sky with 8B pencils.
   
3. Scribbled on the clouds with 4B pencil
   
4. Used cotton swabs to uniformly spread the pencil shade and give it a smooth texture
   
5. Some more sky filling
   
6. Repeated the step with the other clouds and drew the land and the girl with charcoal pencil.
   
7. Used the cotton buds for finer texture and added small details. Added my signature and account name.
