Drawing Challenge#4 - Postcard with Mysterious runes

Yeah...
As I didn't know what text to put on the postcard I decided to put mysterious runes 😎

This my entry for drawing challenge.

I did this completely digitally.

So here are the steps :

Yep I started with random things and 2 colors. Not very beautiful at this stage..

Completely redo the background.

Here I began drawing a form that will not be very visible in the end, but anyway.

Twisted it with a special tool. Now I integrate it using special merging mode.

Add a few ink blots.

At the beginning I thought about letting this text as is, but it looks a little bit chinese or japanese or korean. Though it probably mean absolutely nothing. I choosed to change it later just in case it means something in any language.

Begin to add light effect on chars.

Here I changed Saturation and Luminance of the picture. It totally looks better after this.

Twists letters so that it looks like runes.

Add latest brush strokes.

Et voilà!
My postcard with a runic text to an (imaginary) teacher (who can read rune symbols, lol) is finished !
