Spectral Hound of Averney Keep - Delve! Zine Art

There are many stories of spectral hounds that appear to warn the viewer of impending doom. I've always kind of been fascinated by such tales. So of course, I had to include the idea in my fantasy city Dustchapel Downs. The Black Hound appears to warn of an impending misfortune to the viewer (usually some sort of untimely death). With all of the strange happenings in Dustchapel, getting a visit from the hound is sure to mean some woe will befall the unlucky victim in the near future. Happy gaming!
