What might be hiding down there? Is it worth the risk to find out, or should he continue exploring the maze?

Could a big black hole be the way out of the maze or is it yet another trap? Well I am not am inquisitive person and so I would advice our hero to ignore the hole and keep moving ahead...but I know he wouldn't listen. He is inquisitive and would jump in to know what's there .
