… didn't I do well?
Were it the wrong ones I acquainted –
did they cause this living hell?
Or was it you I neglected.
Pushed away your happy voice.
Shut my eyes for your bright colors –
Like I had no choice...
Please don't feel unwanted.
Please don't hide.
I'm so sorry for everything, my sweet, crushed, broken, beaten, ignored and neglected inner child.
I made this drawing with pencil in 2010 on A4 paper. My girlfriend wrote the poem today.

The tiny creature's eyes are very tiny, but you managed yet to pull a very emotive look out of them ! amazing !!
