Drawing Tristan Evans

Underrated. That's how i describe Tristan Evans from the band 'The Vamps'.

He's a talented young drummer with a potential. With his speed and power when playing those drums, you can see that he deserves to be known by many. Although i have watched a lot of legendary drummers like Bob Bryar, Ginger Baker, Keith Moon, and more that is way beyond his level, Tristan is pretty much catching up by learning new things. He's been also compared to Ashton Irwin from '5 Seconds of Summer'.

Some may find it disrespectful to put Tristan's name beside those legends. But you know guys, it's just my opinion.

Here's my way in drawing Tristan Evans

The gridlines is always present before i start my drawings. It is to help me accurately draw.

Now using a pen with no ink, i made indentions to make the hair a bit of realistic

Then i added charcoal powder using a brush to add volume to the drawing and darken some areas.

It took me 4 hours to draw this piece. I hope you enjoy it.
