The Chimera
This is a pen sketching of an animal with parts taken from various animals. Two heads of animals were affixed in one body.
The Chimera is a monstrous fire-breathing hybrid creature of Lycia comprising of two parts of more than one animal. According to the Greek mythology, it is usually depicted as a lion with the head of a goat arising from its back and was one of the off spring of Typhon and Echidna and a sibling of such monstrers as Cerberus and Lernaean Hydra.
However, in this drawing, I depicted a lion with the head of a dragon arising from its neck, about to unleash fire. I also gave the creature a wing and a tail that ends with a snake's head.
The appearce of a Chimera is an Omen for disaster!
- See progress shots below.
Step 1: Outline sketching
Step 2: Creating of the head with various strokes
Step 3: Making of scribbles on the body
Step 4: Completion of the tail that ends up with a snake head

Yeah! And also learning from the masters!
Have you by chance worked with pen before?
A lovely rendition of a chimera :).
I think this creature would have a hard time coordinating its movement though, the heads don't seem like they can play nice together.
Yeah, because they are two dagerous creatures. Each of them sould wanna get the upper hand.
But whatever be the case, they must colaborate inorder to have a good life!
