"Deepdown" - SONG turned into a dark COMIC! (+datamosh video)
Hi guys, Deepdown is a dark post-apocalyptic comic about sensory deprivation and surviving in complete darkness. I first released "Deepdown" as a song on youtube (2016) but after some time my friend Remdih contacted me about making a comic out of it. He kept all the lyrics and drew these amazing pictures. It is his first project done completely digital as oposed to his normal analog routine but I think he did great. His comic was published in last issue of XRX magazine (6/2017).

Thanks! I love datamoshing and I also tried to do some videos like that but its so CPU/RAM consuming that I always had to render over night even if the video was just 10s.

I've never tried out VDMX, but I know about Avidemux. Do you know the Glitché app? It can even process videos on iPhones and iPads... I'm loving it.
Yeah. I tried Avidemux too. It took me some time to find out that datamoshing works only with older versions of the program :D Glitché app looks great but sadly I'm on Android.
Argh! It's really cool. Hopefully they will release an Android version some day.

my primal fears. when I was 5 - 7 yrs old I would have these recurring nightmares where I would be stumbling and fumbling alone for eternity through the endlessly black void of the Universe. It was more disturbing than any kind of nightmares I've ever had. At that early age it was such a psychological mind fuck. It still affects me to this day but fascinates me. It's alway in the back of my mind and the thought process in a lot of my artwork and video ideas. I like that track. Up n' Followed
