The Spy From Another Dimension
To be honest, the glowy parts weren't planned to be there. It's just I couldn't get the hands and feet right; thus, the 'galaxy' idea. Well, it turned out better than what I had in mind because of my incapability to draw limbs :D
I'll be posting the step by step soon together with the rest. Again, I'm very sorry I'm not able to post them at the moment.

Hey, great work here! Tell me, did you do the character first and then decide to put her in the glowly gel galaxy thing?
Thanks! I drew the character first with the idea of making her look like she's floating on water but it turned out to be more of a glowy galaxy thing so I went with galaxy instead of water :D
