Anime Drawing: Mob Psycho 100

Mob Psycho 100 is a Japanese web manga created by ONE in the early year of 2012.

Shigeo Kageyama, an average middle school boy, is the protagonist in this story. He has this poker slash straight face and is nicknamed as Mob which means background character. Contrary to his physical looks, Mob is a powerful esper to the extent that it becomes more dangerous as he grows older. Whenever he faces an opponent, he tries to suppress his emotions however, by the time the opponent hit him, the countdown from 1-100 begins. When the countdown hits the 100, it means that Mob is about to unleash his overwhelming power.

Materials Used

1. 3H Mitsubishi Pencil
2. 6B Mitsubishi Pencil
3. Kneadable Eraser
4. Uni Pin Black Pen 0.3
5. Sketch Pad

Work in Progress

First, I draw lines as guidelines for the face using 3H pencil.

Then sketch the rest with the floating stones and Dimple, the self-proclaimed high class evil spirit.

Second, I use Uni Pin Black Pen 0.5 to ink Mob, Dimple and the stones.

Third, I used Mitsubishi 6B Pencil to shade this drawing.
