涼し気な浴衣姿ガール。猛暑日が続きますが、水分補給をわすれずに。暑中お見舞い申し上げます。

Pencil, Millipen, I painted with usual watercolor.
Since it seems that it will melt in the heat during the day, I wondered whether to put exercise time early in the morning or in the evening, but as I watched the prediction of the temperature, since the temperature is not likely to go down in the evening, I am thinking. Maybe I should sleep at around 9 o'clock in the evening, I guess it would be better to live a fisherman like? Is the fisherman a cycle more rapid?
鉛筆、ミリペン、いつもの水彩で描きました。
日中は溶けてしまいそうなので、運動時間を早朝にするか夕方にするか迷ったのですが、気温予測を見て、夕方も温度が下がりそうにないので早朝から動き出そうかなって思ってます。たぶん夜9時ぐらいには寝て、朝5時起きみたいな漁師さん的（？）暮らしのほうがいいんでしょうね。漁師さんはもっとサイクルが早いかな。
