👩🎨 Original art- DRAWING /from 2002 with life models/
In 2002 I was a printmaking graphics student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Sofia, Bulgaria. Back then all of our works created there were with life models standing or sitting with a lot of patience, so we can explore their bodies and faces as exact as possible. During the drawing classes, we would create realistic drawings. This was just a free more experimental work.
After 5 years of fine art high school and one year at the art academy in Sofia, I left Bulgaria and moved to Vienna to continue with my biggest passion-painting, hoping to find more freedom to experiment with different 2 and 3-dimensional techniques and blend them into one. Ever since I started my path as an artist (age 12), I have been criticised for expanding in a way too different directions and searching for something new. The most critics were about the fact that I REFUSE to stick to one medium and work with whatever I want. For me, the technique is just a TOOL, nothing more than this.
The art as an expression is in the idea, followed by skills, colors, patterns, harmony & disharmony, movement, quiet and busy places, rhythm, shapes and their transformation, planes, perspective, twisting reality.
So my journey goes between painting, bodypainting, drawing, sculpture, photography, video, poetry, balloons, land art, printmaking...more to come;).

Really like this colorful style. Liebe grüße :-)
Hello, thank you very much. I will have a look at your works too.
Beautiful work! My approach is also to expand constantly to new techniques, even if I'm just experimenting with them. I love learning, and I suppose sticking to one method and perfecting it is a completely reasonable strategy but it's not what I'm about.
Very well said;). Thank you
verynice art
Thank you;), very sweet of you;)
Wow! I most confess ma'am, your artwork is really mind blowing, though, I love your kind of drawing but I still do graphite drawings instead.
