I can see where more people would consider this NSFW because of the emphasis on the sexual organ which in this society is considered taboo, but I must say that your previous post/work Nude Bird, Reclining shouldn't qualify at all as NSFW because to me it is straight forward art.

I was actually disappointed that you labeled Nude Bird, Reclining NSFW but I figured maybe someone who doesn't understand the difference between art and porn was giving you a hard time about it.

Also I want to add that I consider this post of Dick snail to be valid art and not NSFW. The spiral in nature as in this snail shell and then the combination of the penis, is excellent and very deep in relation to the universe and life etc. :-)
