It's November 24, 2017. Let's draw a beautiful lotus with colored pencils.

The lotus is the symbol of holiness and purity.

所谓出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖。莲花是圣洁、清净的象征。另外、莲花也叫荷花，它那一茎双花的并蒂莲，也是人寿年丰的预兆和纯真爱情的象征。

此刻，也只有画画能够平静我的内心。寻找那份平和与安宁。

TOOL:（工具）

A4 paper, 48 color pencil, knife, eraser（A4纸，48色彩色铅笔，小刀，橡皮擦）

These paintings are the steps of my painting. If you don't understand anything, please ask me. And give me advice.

1.Position the flower on the paper with a pencil.（画出莲花基本轮廓）

2.Paint the shaded portion of flowers and lotus leaves in red pencil.
（用红色铅笔画出花与荷叶的阴影部分）

3.Paint the entire red lotus and the black part of the water.
（画出全部的红色莲花以及水面黑色部分）

4.And then I'm going to draw the green lotus leaf.
（接着画出绿色的荷叶）

5.Refine the details of the lotus.
（细化荷花的其他细节部分）

最后用沾水的细毛笔润色，就呈现出我文章开头那副画的样子。

最最后来一首有关莲花的古诗：

爱莲说——宋·周敦颐
　　水陆草木之花，可爱者甚繁。
　　晋陶渊明独爱菊，自李唐来，世人甚爱牡丹。
　　予独爱莲之出淤泥而不染，濯清涟而不妖，
　　中通外直，不蔓不枝，可远观而不可亵玩焉。
　　予谓菊，花之隐逸者也；牡丹，花之富贵者也；
　　莲，花之君子者也。噫！菊之爱，陶后鲜有闻。
　　莲之爱，同予者何人？牡丹之爱，宜乎众矣。
