I decided to continue my post about the country Israel.

Country Israel - a small. Its banks are washed by the Mediterranean Sea. It attracts many tourists from my country. In Israel, it is not difficult to travel independently. Israel is one of the most beautiful countries on Earth. Israel has an outlet immediately to the three seas: the Mediterranean, the Red and the Dead.

The cuisine of Israel combines Mediterranean and Arabic. At the heart of the Israeli cuisine is the kashrut, according to which it is necessary to cook and eat food according to certain rules. For example, dairy products can not be eaten with meat in the same meal. After dairy products, meat can be eaten only after two hours, and after meat dairy - not earlier than six. Jews can not pork, black caviar of sturgeon, seafood and some other food.

There are also a number of rules for storing and preparing food.

The country is rich in historical monuments and natural attractions. Israel is a country where there has been a mixture of different cultures and religions, which is why there is an extremely motley population, and sometimes you feel yourself in a living museum.

As I already wrote in the opening post, I like the capital of Israel. Jerusalem. Through the streets of Jerusalem, the Hasidim go in long robes and fines. Many Ethiopians. There are Muslims. Christians of different faiths. I already told you that in Jerusalem there are holy places of 3 religions - Judaism, Christianity and Islam.

One of the most beautiful places in Israel is the Dead Sea, where there is very salt water, in which it is impossible to drown. Another sea is the Red Sea. It is the popular resort of Eilat. Another major city of Israel is Haifa. It is also located on the Mediterranean Sea. In Haifa, the only one in Israel, the Bahai temple.

For closer acquaintance with the sights of the city you need more than one day. In Israel there is something to see.

Israel is an independent, modern, unitary state with a dynamically developing economy and a high standard of living. The country has a warm climate.
